Position Division Status
Job Title: Division Engineering
Company: NewMech Facility Solutions
Job Duties:
  • Create strategic plans for the Engineering/Designer/Drafting group.
  • Set measurable goals and objectives for the group and monitor.
  • Identify opportunities such as: technical, new markets and systems that positively impact profitability.
  • Participate in sales efforts including customer contact.
  • Promote communication between all group members both internal and external.
  • Monitor group to ensure deadlines are being met while delivering on quality and cost.
  • Strong management skills including:
    • Identifying high quality talent
    • Create an environment where knowledge is innovated and shared
    • Forecast headcount needs
    • Reinforce the corporate culture through the performance review process
    • Coaching and daily supervision

Successful candidates will be creative/innovative, a risk taker, a strong leader and communicator.

Education/Background: An Engineering degree is preferred.
Job Title: Energy Engineer
Company: NewMech Facility Solutions
Job Duties:
  • Experience in design of HVAC, electrical and/or Architectural systems.
  • Ability to create high quality engineering studies.
  • Familiar with green designs and energy payback calculations.
  • Understand and be able to apply the latest green technologies.
  • Skills in conceptual scoping of work.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with the ability to set and maintain schedules.
  • Ability to measure and verify energy performance.
  • Strong communication skills
  • 4 year Engineering degree required
  • PE prefer
  • CAD skills a plus

Successful candidates will be creative/innovative, a risk taker, a strong leader and communicator.
